Eric Jacobsen
CEO
With 33 years of diverse experience in the senior housing industry, Eric began his career in sales for an international conglomerate before transitioning to a senior housing company, where he prepared feasibility studies and provided development consulting. He then directed development and acquisition activities for one of America’s largest senior housing companies. Subsequently, as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for a smaller firm, he was rapidly promoted to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all facility operations, including field operations and corporate support, leading up to the company’s public offering.
Since then, Eric has developed or acquired and holds ownership stakes in approximately 29 senior housing communities. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Oregon.

Dan Muresan
President
As President of JF Construction Company, Dan Muresan oversees all new and existing projects, vendor selection, contract negotiations, project estimation, and budget management. He is passionate about every phase of construction, from initial development to full occupancy.
Dan aims to expand JF Construction by delivering exceptional living environments nationwide. Starting as a laborer in 1995, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics in 2002. Rising through the ranks, Dan has amassed 25 years of experience and completed 1,500 construction projects. Outside the office, he enjoys playing basketball and football in pickup games around the Portland area.
